Maryland's 15 year old bullet casing database to be sold for scrap. Costing millions of dollars it never solved one crime.

It required that everygun legally sold in the state have casings from the fired gun sent to the government.

Problem is guns sold to honest citizens are never used in crimes.

The Baltimore school board voted for police officers to disarm before entering schools.

A woman struck up a conversation with an 11 year old boy playing at the park she did not know. Then calmly pulled out a gun and shot him and his mother.
