What do you need to submit for a renewal anyway? Mine wont be due till next year.
When you go online, at the end of the renewal, it will give you a list of items
For mine (1 month ago) no new photo or prints
Just pay the $40 and got my renewal license in the mail 11 days later

I renewed online this past Sept 13th and today on the web page it still stays "Fingerprints pending" "Background check Pending"... It's been a little over 2 weeks so far.....

My last renewal took about 10 days to 2 weeks.
