Please pray for a Deputy Sheriff who was just shot in Anderson County. That is about all I can say for now.

That is correct. The suspect still has not been taken into custody yet.

Corrected the OP. It is a deputy who was shot not a Trooper. Shot multiple times and is being air lifted to the hospital. Suspect stole the deputy’s patrol car.

Opened fired on police at least three different scenes. The last fire fight ended his life.

Prayers for the deputy continue.

Swift recovery for the deputy. Ears and tail to the TDCJ officers.

Haven't seen anything pop up on the news sites yet.

The deputy is still in surgery as of 9:30. He lost a lot of blood. Please pray for him, his family, and all the officers involved.
