Officer involved shooting - El Paso

Police officials said there was an officer-involved shooting at a Walmart located on 12236 Montana Avenue Wednesday night.
A viewer told KFOX14 no one is allowed in or out of the store.

Now, does Walmart corporate incorrectly assume that the only way to keep this from happening is to post signage? I certainly hope not.
