Apparently her definition of the most needy in Philly was herself.

Plus the gall of naming her charity with the acronym MECA, an Islamic holy place, while treating the charity as her personal cash cow.

She is a Democrat. The only surprise is that she actually was arrested for her crime. Democrats are typically above the law. Especially if they are a person of color.
