Civic Center Carry; Stafford Civic Center = 30.06'd?

Post by exi »

Just:

(a) double-checking that there are no statutes outlawing carry in a civic center, auditorium, or other such venue unless posted, and;

(b) asking if anyone just so happens to know the 30.06 status of Stafford's civic center.

Thanks!

(a) No. Municipal property cannot have a valid 30.06 posting, except for public meetings. That's not to say you won't see signs.
PC §30.06 (e) It is an exception to the application of this section that the property on which the license holder carries a handgun is owned or leased by a governmental entity
(b) I don't know.
