New 10 million dollar bronze statue for Boston. Yes $10 million. Its suppose to be Martin Luther King and Coretta King embracing. Taken from a photo of them in Boston.
I don't see what everyone else has been complaining about. The family apparently did not give prior approval of the statue.
It is in bronze, so it is has color, a sculpture of two people of color. That is unlike the white granite statue of MLK in Washington DC that makes him look Asian in my eyes. (the sculptor is Asian) The family approved the one in Washington DC.
