We've seen places like NY create substantial barriers to acquire a carry license. I can imagine there are not as many ranges that have 25 yards. Removing that barrier sounds legit. Dropping use of force training is probably a mistake. Every uneducated licensee acting outside NJ's use of force policy will now be front and center in the anti-gun media.After extensive discussions with ANJRPC, the State of New Jersey has issued revised carry training requirements addressing nearly all gun owner objections and concerns.
