Since presiding judges get to review appeals of their trials it's no wonder they are almost always denied. Gee isn't that a wonder?

NBC national news was all over it tonight. Made it sound like Gov Abbott was crazy to pardon a convicted murderer, interviews with mom of dead BLM protestor, Austin DA, etc.
