It is sad that in the year 2025, after so many decades of concealed carry success, that anybody wouldn't get laughed out of public life for pushing this crazed propagandaH.R. 38 remove state lines as barriers to self-defense by making the concealed carry permit of any one state valid in the other 49. The bill would basically treat a concealed carry permit much like a driver license, making it valid in all 50 states.

It’s one thing to say it’s like a drivers license, and then say no license required if you’re from Texas.
I know “ shall not infringe “ but some legislators like to take baby steps, this is a big jump and the Republicans majority is razor thin.
