Sent in all the paperwork to include LTC-90, NRA Instructor Certs, Complete LTC-104 (Instructor Requal shoot), and credit card info on 22 Sep, I know the guy who did my requal sent in the Form 8 on 22 Sep. Got the on-line test on 10 Oct and returned it that day. RSD said if you fail you will get an email. if you pass we will email new certs. Still nothing heard and web site shows still awaiting information.
????
Anyone else having this issue? I know that things do take time, but I am pretty sure the test is an AI/computer graded item. I do not remember previous recerts taking more than a couple of weeks. Oh well, current certs are still good for another 2 1/2 months.

Re: New Instructor Certs
Thanks for posting this, 'cause I'm in the same boat & was wondering if it was just mine.
I'll re-word your question slightly & throw it back to the group as a poll:
How many LTC Instructors have:
1. Submitted all their stuff, took the online test, AND received their updated Instructor Certificate?
2. Submitted all their stuff, took the online test, AND NOT received their updated Instructor Certificate?

Re: New Instructor Certs
Update: Just received 3x emails with all my updated certificates.
Re: New Instructor Certs
Update from my foxhole, all three certs arrived via email a little after 1500 today, so I guess just under two weeks following submission of the on-line test is not too bad. I am by nature impatient. good until 31 Dec 2027. I will be happy if I am still instructing past age 77.

I'd contact the RSD directly.skeathley wrote: Fri Nov 14, 2025 3:24 pmI never got an email about an online test. Who should I contact?
After I submitted my renewal request on the DPS website, I received this email:

Re: New Instructor Certs
I didn't think I had either. I looked back and found they sent it in October. I guess I saw the receipt for the documents and didn't pay attention to the second email.skeathley wrote: Fri Nov 14, 2025 3:24 pm I never got an email about an online test. Who should I contact?
