USDOJ Files lawsuit against California for restricting ammo purchases

This is great news! I hope USDOJ keeps filing these lawsuits to lift undue restrictions on the 2nd Amendment.

CA’s in-person background-check regime—required before every ammunition purchase—restricts the ability of Californians to keep & bear arms.

Today, @TheJusticeDept & @CivilRights filed an amicus brief arguing that purchasing ammunition plainly falls under the Second Amendment!
