Supreme Court oral arguments today in Wolford v. Lopez whether Hawaii may prohibit the carry of handguns on private property.

The Civil Rights Division of the DOJ spoke in favor of the Constitution and the Second Amendment. Amy Swearer of Heritage has an analysis on X:

Here's my quick analysis of the Wolford arguments:

Hawaii is going to lose, 6-3. None of the potential "flip" Justices seem remotely close to buying what Hawaii is selling, because what Hawaii wants to sell is a convenient end-run around the Bruen test.
