Federal government paid out 250 million dollars for fake meals for kids. The scale of the fraud was unbelievable. Luxury cars, real estate, foreign travel. When they suspected fraud and stopped the payments a court ordered them to continue paying the money out.

Just what Minneapolis needs.

After reading about Seattle news, Oregon and now Minneapolis, are all these Dem refugees going to come to Texas.

I mean it doesn't appear these people change how they vote despite what happens. After all Houston reelected last November everyone of the Dem judges that let everyone out with no bail.

There should be lawsuits for libel. Honestly I feel insulted that they think so little of us that we would buy the horse excrement they are selling... but I've spoken with more than one member of the public who actually believes it. :banghead:

This is a well funded and organized tracking and attack on Federal law enforcement. Independent journalists (Cam Higby @camhigby) on the ground have infiltrated the encrypted Signal app chats and have identified some of the people involved, including state officials. Below is a summary I asked Grok AI to produce of what was discovered in the AI chats.

Here's a revised and updated brief summary in bullet points, incorporating the **training manual** and **community spreadsheet** that Cam Higby (and collaborator @0hour1) uncovered from infiltrating the private Signal chats tied to anti-ICE "ICE Watch" or rapid response networks in Minneapolis/Minnesota (based on Higby's January 2026 X threads and related coverage).

**Core network and operations uncovered:**
- Activists run highly organized, daily-rotating Signal groups (e.g., zone-specific like Kingfield, south side, Isles Rapid Response; recreated with dated names and deleted end-of-day for opsec; membership vetted/capped, sometimes ~1,000).
- Roles assigned via emojis (e.g., mobile patrols search for federal vehicles, foot patrols, plate checkers run license plates against shared databases to ID ICE/Border Patrol cars, dispatchers broadcast real-time alerts/strategies, medics, etc.).
- Military-style reporting (SALUTE: Size, Activity, Location, Uniform, Time) used to track agents/vehicles; includes 2 a.m. dispatches, rapid neighborhood alerts, patrols, and direct interference/confrontations.
- Activities focus on doxxing federal agents (sharing locations, plates), impeding operations, and escalating responses (e.g., surrounding vehicles, physical obstructions).

**Training manual discovered:**
- Higby shared screenshots and a full "TRAINING MANUAL" (described as the "watered down opsec version") from within the chats, used for "domestic terrorist patrols" chasing ICE agents.
- Covers instructions for positions/roles (e.g., patrols, dispatch, plate checking), tactics like community resistance, mutual aid links, "resources," and "community tactics."
- Includes slides/instructions for "de-arresting" (fighting arrests), comparing tactics to a "micro-intifada" in related/shared materials (e.g., linked to Renee Good's group).
- Emphasizes required "training" for each shift/position (numerous instructional slides mentioned repeatedly); unclear full funding/source, but tied to organized resistance.

**Community spreadsheet:**
- A central "community spreadsheet" (likely Google Sheets or similar) tracks and lists all the Signal chats/groups (far more than initially found by Higby or @0hour1).
- Discovered after @0hour1 took over one group (Isles Rapid Response); a user ("Betty Davis") referenced it amid panic.
- Serves as a master directory/index for the network's encrypted chats, enabling coordination across zones and rapid recreation/migration when compromised.

**Public officials or figures identified/ alleged in chats or network:**
- No confirmed sitting elected officials directly chatting, but ties alleged via organizers (e.g., Amanda Koehler as protest organizer/former Walz campaign strategist running/coordinating a key group).
- Minnesota State Senate candidate Anita Smithson caught in an anti-ICE Signal group (selfie avatar in screenshots).
- Broader claims link to Minnesota government levels (e.g., former Walz staff/campaign ties, potential coordination with state/local entities), but these remain allegations from Higby/followers, not fully independently verified.

**Renee Good and Alex Pretti involvement:**
- **Renee Good**: Tied to the broader "Minnesota ICE Watch" network (member of a group sharing similar de-arresting/manual materials); her death (shot by ICE agent Jonathan Ross) sparked protests/unrest; not explicitly in Higby's core Signal screenshots but connected via shared tactics/resources.
- **Alex Pretti**: Directly involved as member of Kingfield Signal ICE watch group; described as armed agitator (loaded handgun, extra magazines); confronted agents at an operation, leading to being shot by Border Patrol during disarmament attempt amid interference.

These details come primarily from Higby's undercover infiltrations (shared via detailed X threads around January 24-25, 2026), amid Minneapolis tensions over ICE operations. The manual and spreadsheet highlight the professionalized, paramilitary-like structure. For raw screenshots/videos, check @camhigby's X account directly, as events are fast-moving.

So the "protesters" in Minnesota in the above mentioned documents in my previous two posts... can get rent, food, and other assistance. There needs to be IRS, DHS, FBI, and many other 3 letter agencies issuing subpoenas in Minnesota. :mad5

Be an anti-ICE activist, get your rent paid and all your needs met.

There are videos of the National Guard (in reflective vests so they stand out from Federal agents) handing out donuts and coffee to protestors
https://www.cbsnews.com/minnesota/video ... nneapolis/

The underlying problem? Minnesota and other blue States are awash in Federal money. The State is not wealthy enough to fund all this "stuff". Yes, I know that some of the funding is coming from Soros et. al. But USAID showed us that many of the Federal agencies are nothing but piggy banks for the U.S. hating crowd. Money is the root of all evil. If the Minnesota population alone had to fund all that is being done, there would have been regime change long ago.

As a former Special Forces Warrant Officer with multiple rotations running counterinsurgency ops—both hunting insurgents and trying to separate them from sympathetic populations—I’ve seen organized resistance up close. From Anbar to Helmand, the pattern is familiar: spotters, cutouts, dead drops (or modern equivalents), disciplined comms, role specialization, and a willingness to absorb casualties while bleeding the stronger force slowly.

What’s unfolding in Minneapolis right now isn’t “protest.” It’s low-level insurgency infrastructure, built by people who’ve clearly studied the playbook.

Signal groups at 1,000-member cap per zone. Dedicated roles: mobile chasers, plate checkers logging vehicle data into shared databases, 24/7 dispatch nodes vectoring assets, SALUTE-style reporting (Size, Activity, Location, Unit, Time, Equipment) on suspected federal vehicles. Daily chat rotations and timed deletions to frustrate forensic recovery. Vetting processes for new joiners. Mutual aid from sympathetic locals (teachers providing cover, possible PD tip-offs on license plate lookups). Home-base coordination points. Rapid escalation from observation to physical obstruction—or worse.

This isn’t spontaneous outrage. This is C2 (command and control) with redundancy, OPSEC hygiene, and task organization that would make a SF team sergeant nod in recognition. Replace “ICE agents” with “occupying coalition forces” and the structure maps almost 1:1 to early-stage urban cells we hunted in the mid-2000s.

The most sobering part? It’s domestic. Funded, trained (somewhere), and directed by people who live in the same country they’re trying to paralyze law enforcement in. When your own citizens build and operate this level of parallel intelligence and rapid-response network against federal officers—complete with doxxing, vehicle pursuits, and harassment that’s already turned lethal—you’re no longer dealing with civil disobedience. You’re facing a distributed resistance that’s learned the lessons of successful insurgencies: stay below the kinetic threshold most of the time, force over-reaction when possible, maintain popular support through narrative, and never present a single center of gravity.

I spent years training partner forces to dismantle exactly this kind of apparatus. Now pieces of it are standing up in American cities, enabled by elements of local government and civil society. That should keep every thinking American awake at night.

Not because I want escalation. But because history shows these things don’t de-escalate on their own once the infrastructure exists and the cadre believe they’re winning the information war.

We either recognize what we’re actually looking at—or we pretend it’s still just “activism” until the structures harden and spread.

Your call, America. But from where I sit, this isn’t January 2026 politics anymore.
It’s phase one of something we’ve spent decades trying to keep off our own soil.

The leftists keep poking the Insurrection Act bear. It's not going to be civil when they push Trump to that point.
