Dallas/Ft.Worth Continuing Instruction

Does anyone know of anything around the DFW area preferably Dallas side that has a class that will give up dates to the CHL and push some reset buttons as far as self defense and maybe some shooting tactics? I am in not great physical health and I do not believe I could keep up in a "competion" so I would like to look into something a little slower paced.

Of course the first suggestion, particularly on this forum, would be to visit the DFW Gun Range and take advantage of their offerings.

My other favorite place is the Collin County Gun Range, but that's partly based on geographical proximity. (man I didn't know if I could spell those words.)
