I read an article on the new this morning about Seattle. The story about sexual assaults is true, and it's caused by the defunding of the police departments. The police administrator interviewed agrees that it's an abhorrent situation, but they are SO short on police officers that adult sexual assaults are no longer eligible for investigation. I believe he said they have one-fourth of the officers they need to handle sexual assault reports, and it is simply not possible. I'd hate to be a single woman in Seattle right now....

Not sure why perp was arrested. Mayor wants no police.

If this follows a gang gun fight in Kansas City during a crowded event the shooter will receive no jail time as jail doesn’t really help anyone.

Police Chief submitted resignation. Was out of town when shooting occurred. Formally from Wisconsin. 4 police chiefs in 2 1/2 years. Second under commie mayor.

Arrested 15 yo had a gun that you have to assemble. One shooter dead, and 15 yo arrested. Two other shooters missing.

Apparently all public security cameras shut off to not assist ICE.
