Saw this on HandgunForum.net and thought there would be a few interested parties here. Marginally SFW, but I dunno about the 10-year-old rule. In a nutshell, it is 213 things that Army Spc. "Skippy" Schwartz was either specifically ordered, or was present when other soldiers were ordered, not to do.

A career E-4 is an E-4 with no desire to be promoted to sergeant. E-4 is the last "gimme" rank, it just happens after 26 months if you havent gotten demoted or promoted early. E-5 you need to work for a little bit.
