People just have no idea on how close they come to being a "victim" to people like this every day.

Unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse...

There were 5 drive-by shootings (gangs) this past weekend in San Antonio and 2 police shootings (justified)...very glad that I am legal to carry!

About a week ago, I walked out at night to take the trash to the apartment dumpster (about 200 yard walk), and realized that I forgot my pepper spray. I almost went anyway, but I've been making a habit of carrying something all the time, so I stepped back in to get it. As I approached the dumpster, I heard some noises and thought someone else was taking out trash too. As I got closer, I spooked about 3 or 4 racoons that ran first toward me, then off to the side and into the woods. Scared the daylights out of me. Didn't even have time to get the spray up. Made me feel embarassed that I put all that effort into carrying just to fail at making it available when I needed it. I really am starting to adopt the 24/7 philosophy though, and that event and this interview give me a bit more resolve.

I am going to MAKE my wife watch this video. She thinks that I am just being paranoid by carrying everyday, but I have known people like those thugs and WILL NOT be their next victim.

Thanks for posting this. It will be very eye opening to many sheeple.

Did you get a good look at them? Would you be able to identify them in a police lineup?? :biggrinjester:

Was it gang member on gang member crime or was it drive by shootings against civilians?

There are good, decent people out there that are ignorant or in denial that people like those two criminal exist and walk among us. Don't wanna be a walking snack-pack.

Your right. I know a few folks who are just as you described, good and decent people who don't want to believe there are BG's like that running amongst us. Some of them have accused me of being paranoid for being concerned about this kind of stuff. I sent them the link. My stomach is turning still after watching that video.

It also surprised me to hear that piece of garbage say they went to Garland because the rich white people lived there. I wonder how many of his brothras have the same thought about Richardson and Plano as well. I voted against that rail line for this very reason. I saw it as transport for the thugs from the ghetto. Us rich white people don't really need a train to get to work.

I agree-I sent a link to this to everybody I know. Some of them think I'm a bit paranoid, and they feel that there's not a really good reason to carry a firearm everywhere. Hopefully I don't get the "It's the big, bad city-what do you expect?" attitude from them about it.
