SOLD Sig 228 Houston Area SOLD

Post by Roshi »

****SOLD****

Excellent Made in Germany Sig Sauer 228 9mm with night sights, four 13 round mags with new Wolff springs. Pistol is mechanically perfect, perfect bore, minor normal wear on exterior. Exceptionally smooth trigger in both DA and SA. Very accurate even with cheap ammo (Blazer Brass 115 grain FMJ) $ 550

I have caught Glock fever and am selling off this sweet pistol to fuel my sickness. This one I will probably regret but you know how it is.

Will include at no added cost:
New Blade-Tech IWB Kydex holster worth $ 65
New spare parts kit with all springs, pins, and screws worth $ 25
Like new Gun Digest Book of Sig-Sauer by Massad Ayoob worth $ 25
Like new Sig Sauer Armorer’s Course DVD worth $ 25

Add $ 100 and I will include an as new set of Hogue checkered black anodized aluminum grips worth $ 160. These are the thinnest grips available for Sig pistols (these are shown in pic)

Would trade straight for Glock 35 or Glock 38 in similar condition and throw in the Hogue grips for a new one.

Prefer to deal Face-to-Face with another CHL.

I might be interested, but can you send me some color pics to rayden@ymail.com? How is it cosmetically and how many rounds down the pipe? Does it have a date code?

Thanks!

Pics sent. Rounds down the pipe? I don't know, I'm not the original user. However, if I blued the outside of the barrel where it wears against the bushing, it could pass as new. I've fired about 300 rounds of Blazer Brass through it.

Date? No date code. This is a made in Germany, imported through Sig in Exeter, NH with serial 573XXX.

As previously mentioned this pistol is excellent interior, perfect bore, and only the normal high spot wear you see on any used handun exterior.

Ok, in that case I am interested in a FTF. I will reply your email to arrange. Thanks.
