WTS: Rock River/Model 1 AR-15 Pistol

Post by barnez »

Here is a little info on this gun. I bought it on 6/14/2008 at Dallas Market Hall from Lone Star Wholesale. I shot it once (20 rounds) at my local gun range not long after buying the gun. It was 100% reliable and operated very smoothly. It is a super loud gun and actually caused a couple of folks at the pistol range to come down and check it out. I'm located in Paris, TX (1 hour 45 minutes from Dallas). Only reason I'm selling it is that I just bought a 1971 chevelle and want to free up some cash for a new paint job. Also, I would highly prefer to sell it to a CHL holder (bring it with you). I'll give it a few days on TXCHL and if it doesn't move I'll post it at ar15.com.

NEW PRICE DROPPED FROM $795 to $750!

Here is what you get...
- Rock River Arms Pistol Lower
- Rock River Arms 2 Stage Trigger
- Model 1 A3 .223 Flat Top Upper (nice for mounting an optic)
- Free Float Tube
- Railed Gas Block
- Neoprene Buffer Tube Sleeve
- Enhanced Trigger Guard
- Sling Attachment End Plate
- One Mag-pul 20 Rd Magazine
- One Pro Mag 20 Rd Magazine
- Assault Systems Soft Case (These are $65 new, See Pic Below)
- Does NOT Come w/ Burris Fastfire Optic

Please forgive my ignorance.

I see 2 pics of the weapon, and then a 3rd pic with a case and some bizarre-looking thing underneath it.

What is that?

I want one with the real length, not that crappy long barrel, I want a real one! (And for less than what they go for, they're expensive!) "rlol"

I want a P90 but would have to get it SBR'd. Looks so silly with that long barrel, defeats the purpose of the design.

No it is a pistol, not a rifle. Cant have a stock on it though, that would be NFA. Another silly law, same receiver, mags, ammo, etc but cosmetic distinctions can get you a felony.
