What twist rate is your rifle?
SD Ammo Recommendations
I like 68gr. Black Hills OTM stuff for 1:9...
M193 is probably your best milsurp choice...
75 or 77gr. HPs are probably your best bet for 1:7...

I will be putting enough bullets out that it makes no difference in the quality.
