For those of you who keep AR-15's (or other .223 rifles) for self-defence, what is your choice of ammo?

What twist rate is your rifle?

SD Ammo Recommendations

I like 68gr. Black Hills OTM stuff for 1:9...
M193 is probably your best milsurp choice...
75 or 77gr. HPs are probably your best bet for 1:7...

Hornady TAP is a popular choice on AR15.com.
