Pulled Military Bullets, 5.56

Anyone have any experience with pulled military bullets? What are the negatives/positives vs. virgin commercial bullets of same weight? Plan on using some with once-fired LC brass. Thanks in advance.

I have not used them in 5.56 but in 30 cal. I did not notice any difference in loading or accuracy. Some of them I did not load as they had gouges or deep scratches in them. I don't know how much cheaper they are but I did throw some away. Some of the gouges looked like they would cause problems getting started into the case on the 30 cal. I would imagine would be even more difficult on 5.56.
