Curious about CC methods

Post by familyman »

How about we start a thread with pictures where we guess if the person is carrying or not?

Under the Blue vest w/ red t-shirt.

Under the brown vest w/ maroon shirt. Someone said you could not conceal a revolver w/ a 4"barrel so I put on a Ruger GP100 4" & a field hunting holster w/ bullet loops & showed them.

Is it one of those concealed carry t-shirts?, which would put it under your left or right arm pit. The reason I said this is you appear to have a black t-shirt with a light shirt. :???:

Ding Ding! We have a winner!

Yes. I am carrying a full-sized Hi-Power in a 5.11 Holster Shirt. The gun is under my left arm (on the right, looking at the picture). The image is corrected, so this is how you would actually see me (right-handed draw)

On a side note, my undershirts are generally black anyway, but good eye!

I noticed your gun is cocked... do you always carry it like that?

I'm catching enough grief from the few people who know I carry for having a round in the chamber... so I don't even tell them the safety's off. I figure the full trigger pull before the first shot can be fired and my holster that covers the entire trigger is safe enough.

Anyone else's thoughts?
