Maybe in New Jersey ,These arguements just don't happen in Texas. The trials boils down to either the shooting is justified or not. Whether its justified or not. Now if a customized gun goes off accidentally because the trigger is just a bit too touchy and shoots someone that doesn't need to be shot. That will be a legal problem.
