My girlfriend took the CHL class a few months back, but delayed sending off her paperwork until she had the funds to pay the state. She has since moved, and the address on all of her paperwork and fingerprint cards is no longer correct. What should she do to correct the address before sending the paperwork off?

Change the address on the driver's license first. You can do that online. Then carefully correct the CHL paperwork. Make sure that you initial all corrections on the CHL paperwork.
