If they stayed and actually ate, then the secret veil of anonymity that all Ninjas presumably practice would have been compromised. I mean, they had to unmask to stuff seafood down their gullets.G.C.Montgomery wrote:If you are all covering your faces, I'd be inclined to leave the restaurant and advise the management of suspicious behavior. I would imagine, that once you were to pay for the food the suspicion level would subside. Seeing costumes in restaurants is not as crazy as it sounds, I worked in restaurants for over 5 years, 4 as a manager and saw many costumes through out my time.G.C.Montgomery wrote:

I think you where over exaggerating the situation GC Montgomery, as a fellow CHL holder, if I watched several people in ninja costumes I would be suspicious in the beginning, but once you realize they are ordering food then I wouldn't pay any attention to them.
geez someone woke up on the wrong side this morning. Maybe one of these ninjas has a PHD? you never know!I would still assume you are a bunch of stupid people, doing stupid things in a stupid place

So this is what today's college students dress up in for fun. In my day it was Toga's.

No, I'm suspicious of others by nature and I'm contantly looking for the righteous fight I hope never comes. MY suspicion level wouldn't drop appreciably until they removed their masks, ate their food, paid the bill and left the facility without incident. Mentally, I may move the group to a "back-burner" as far as what information I'm processing at any given moment but, I wouldn't completely ignore them until they were are removed from the equation. That's just me. I assume everyone is a potential problem until proven otherwise.lorax wrote: would imagine, that once you were to pay for the food the suspicion level would subside. - I wake up on the wrong side of bed EVERY morning according to my wife.
- I'm a cranky old man in 32-year-old body and I'm quite happy with it.
- Having worked in IT in a university setting for six years, saying one of the Ninjas might have a PHD has the same value and social impact to me as saying they an (Err, for the sake of the 10-yr-old rule, we'll leave it at communicable disease).
Unfortunately, it's closer to 99% and I strive NOT to be in the bottom 99%!" I was given those three simple rules when I was just a boy and abiding by those three rules has served me well my entire life. The few times I've ever found myself in truly bad situations all started with being around stupid people, doing stupid things in a stupid place.Ummmm.. isnt that about 95% of Americans in their every day lives? ha!
When you take the time out of your day to beat someone, it has a much longer lasting effect on their demeanor than simply shooting or tazing them.
