45 ACP Reloads Post Withdrawn

Post by tfrazier »

Having discovered the following at http://www.atf.gov/firearms/faq/faq2.htm#h1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;:
(H4) Is a person who reloads ammunition required to be licensed as a manufacturer? [Back]
Yes, if the person engages in the business of selling or distributing reloads for the purpose of livelihood and profit. No, if the person reloads only for personal use.
[18 U.S.C. 922(a) (i) and 923(a), 27 CFR 478.41]
Bummer!

Quick question... Are these commercial reloads? and if so from whom?
if they are your personal reloads, do you have the proper FFL?

Thank you, :tiphat:

I'm glad you asked. I went back to research in order to answer your question and discovered I was about to make a huge mistake. Hence the edits to my original post.
