Post by killerfly128 »

If anyone has a Ugly or Broken gun they want to sell FTF in DFW please let me know. I have a bunch of time on my hands now and need something to do. Cash paid for almost anything.

What is it that you intend to do with the ugly ones? The reason I ask is that I can understand maybe buying a broken one and flipping it (although that might be questionable as far as legality) but a gun that is merely ugly may be serviceable and unimproveable too. I have a Flobert that my late wife gave me many years ago, it's an ugly gun in many senses of the word, but it's hardly worth the effort to try to improve its looks.

Its just something to occupy my time while i am unemployed. Im not going to be flipping them, just repairing them if i can and adding them to the collection. If i cant repair them i will sell them to a buddy of mine for what i paid and let him try to fix it, he is a bit more adapt at fixing firearms than i am.

Never point her at anything you do not intend to destroy.
I am scared of empty guns and keep mine loaded at all times. The family knows the guns are loaded and treats them with respect. Loaded guns cause few accidents; empty guns kill people every year. -Elmer Keith. 1961

Bump it up to the top. I will now make a offer on anything. Offers will be better based on my interest on the gun.
