Hi gang!

Post by Operators Edge »

Sorry for being off the forum for awhile, been REAL busy. I would like to invite
everyone to come see our remodled store. Dick Marcinko, AKA daddy of the SEALS,
will be at our store at the end of may for a book signing and photo sessions. We
now also have our class 3 FFL. How many of you would be intersedted in new brass 55
grain FMJBT .223 for 425 a case of 1000? We have a LARGE amount coming in on
Apirl 30th, just an FYI. We will also be getting 9mm, 40, 45 acp, and .308. God bless
all of you and stay safe...

I had noticed that your sign had come down. I was hoping that you had moved and not that you had gone out of business. It is good to hear from you again and even better to hear that you were just in the process of remodeling.

Going to show my ignorance again, but here goes:

I thought a class 3 license was for items such as Machine Guns and the like. If that is the case, who can buy them?

Anyone who can legally own a firearm. You just need to apply for a special tax stamp to take possession of any fully auto, SBR, or AOW.

Additionally,.........you will need several thousand dollars for a Full Auto variant. You will need even more for ammo! :smilelol5:

Is that where the catch is? I understood it was difficult to get class III stuff. I need to go to this store and be a lookey-loo...it sounds interesting.

Pretty much. It's involves an extensive background check, a reference from your sheriff that you're a decent person, and a whole lot of waiting and money. And then you have to maintain paperwork when you move or want to transport out of state.

There are some ways around the background check, chief LEO signature, etc., i.e., a trust or a corporation. I went the LLC direction and I'm working on my SBR build. Got my tax stamp!

Yes we moved. We are just north of Rayford Sawdust now on the freeway. Yes we
have the spray in stock. We also happen to have a good selection of firearms in
stock. Barrett .50's, PS90's, FiveSeveN's, HK tactical's, XDM's, MAC-11's, etc....

Northbound side or Southbound side of the freeway?

Northbound side, in the business strip just south of Taqueria Arrandas (or whatever the name of that restaraunt is), right?
