Carry in Branson?
Carry in Branson?
I'm planning a vacation in Branson,mo.Does anyone know whats legal there?not going to silver dollar city,just taking in some shows and museums.Thanks.sj

Doesn't look too bad, unless they post some sort of sign with one inch high or more letters saying you can't...

You got most of them Stevie. A couple of others:
No church unless you get permission from the pastor.
Hospitals are also off limits.
Police stations totally (not just the secured area)
Reiterate the no bus rule. That is one of the weird ones.
Missouri is an open carry state, but local ordinances CAN preempt state law open carry.
Not sure if any of the theaters over there are over 5000 seating (doubt it) but that would make the off limits.
As Stevie said, signs have to be 11x14 and state No Concealed carry (can't be a gun busters sign.)
A neat thing about Missouri is even if you go into one of these off-limits locations, the first offense and second offenses are just fines!!
