your's looks just like mine used to look when it was brand new. :lol: That's my daily carry and it's a great gun. I'd be tempted to buy another one if I had the funds available.

Would you mind posting a picture of your well worn CDP?
I was wondering how well the kimpro finish would hold up against holster wear and daily carry (one of the reasons I didnt want to carry this masterpiece)

would you mind sharing?

Here is mine for comparison to. I Carry this regular. At the trigger guard from kydex IWB in the heat of the summer & a little that is not very noticable right at the front of the frame. Leather is easy on them. It is not holster wear. It is Character Lines. :thumbs2:

I'm with you on the character lines a well worn tool thats carried for a very important purpose; the self preservation of you and your loved ones.

That 1911 has some serious character.

I like how it's well the stainless finish has worn out as well as the Kimpro coating :cheers2:

I'll post a picture of my 3" Ultra SIS later today, it has a couple of character lines as well as this is my main CCW.
