DPS Packets with two DPS fingerprint cards?

I received a new shipment of student packets and they have two DPS fingerprint cards. Has this happened to anyone else? I know DPS will accept an FBI card, but I'm pretty sure the feds won't do likewise.

I'm not an instructor, but you might find this interesting.

I applied online May 31, and received my DPS packet on June 5, and it too contained 2 DPS fingerprint cards.

It happened to me after applying online. Nothing was missing, but I had 2 DPS cards.

Nope. Ours have been arriving with 2 FBI cards, no DPS cards.

During our CHL Instructor class last week, we were advised depending on the stock, we could get two DPS or two FBI cards. Both will work just fine.

Got mine like that a couple weeks ago and sent an email. They were out of Texas cards and said the FBI cards are being used for both Texas and FBI now.
