It could most certainly be bad PR depending on the circumstances. Say you go into a store and you are imprinting but werent really aware of it and the clerk knocks you off but in doing so he calls the cops thinking he might be getting robbed. I know its a stretch, but stranger things have happened. What if it becomes an issue and the media gets ahold of it? Do you think they will fairly represent the events or just run with what they think was going on?

The problem with your theory is that a gun buster sign DOES NOT apply to a CHL holder. None of your situation applies to a gun buster sign any more than it does to a location without a gun buster sign. Your scenario could happen anywhere...with or without the sign.

I disagree with the example you give. "I thought he was going to" isn't any defense, gun or not, what next shoot someone for coming in with a baseball bat? for looking at him funny?...of course you are still equally as dead but I would think the clerk would be in serious trouble, if not from a criminal suit then I would have thought a civil suit would certainly win the day.
