I've got a lead for you. Go to AR15.com and post you want a complete upper for $200. If one actually exists, you're more likely to get a hit there than anywhere else. PLMK when you do because I want to read the responses you get.

Sorry, I can't help you.

You're asking people to do your research for you because you don't place any real value on the item in question. If you're pretty sure that a complete AR upper is only worth $200 or less, then you're asking other members to waste their time on your behalf — because, the market being what it is, that price is so far down the scale as to be entirely outside the realm of reason. I'm just not going to be a party to that.

If I could find an AR upper for $200 or less, I'd buy it for myself. So would anyone else whom you're asking to do this research for you. If you want it that badly, you're going to have to invest your own time in it. If you don't want it that badly, why even post this thread? It's kind of insulting to anyone who would take your request seriously.

That is my opinion, and I'm just trying to be real here.

Apparently Bart found one sub $200, believe it or not.

For everyone else interested in reasonably priced uppers, I ran across this:

Not the mythical $200 complete deal to be sure, but still a lot cheaper than what else I've seen since November. Hope this helps someone.
