Ouch! Rub it in! Rub it in! :smilelol5: J/K!

Understand about Alpine. I'm only 7 minutes from Winchester Gallery, and have never been to Alpine, although I'd like to go someday. They have an interesting website. Maybe someday. Anywho, nice to meet you. :tiphat:

Well, I have been waiting for 94 days, rubbing my fingers raw on the keyboard checking status, speaking to more than one individual at the DPS to clarify my wait and their "reviewing, but .....

Just got off the phone with a woman there who says my application (even though the website still shows "Processing Application") has been APPROVED and is awaiting printing and mailing!!! :clapping:

I sure hope she is right, I'm pretty excited at the moment and I would not want to have to let the hammer down easy if she is wrong. Day 94!! :cheers2:

Hopefully, the Wally walk will be in just a week or so. :thumbs2:

Thanks for waiting with me, but I'll be back if it is not in my hand in a reasonable time and I will be back to "resign" from this thread when it arrives.

Update:

I was just told by a friend who works at DPS that the website status does not change from "Processing" until the license has actually been mailed to the CHL licensee.

So, I won't begin to look for the license until I see that change to the website.

Mine, then, is in more of an "approved, and on the way to the printers" status. That's fine with me!
