La Quinta - Dallas

Post by Biga9999 »

Anyone know if La Quinta as a corporation or the La Quinta Inn AND Suites (Dallas North Central) location of 75 is posted 30.06?

My family is staying there Thurs and Fri for my Grandfather's funeral and I was wondering.

Thank you.

I dont think the law, even 30.06 can apply to your temporary residence in a hotel room.

They may be able to restrict your carry in the public areas (lobby, restaurant, etc.)

We have stayed there a bunch of times. I have never seen a 30.06 or even a gun-buster sign. Last time we were there was Feb this year.

Thanks. I was thinking more the lobby when I check in than the rooms.

Apreciate the info guys.

Short story - great ending - horrible beginning.

Day before Thanksgiving 2003 (0313 hrs) get the call. My sister in law in Austin has been hit by a drunk driver...get to Austin. On the road within the hour. Get there and it is bad and ends fatal a month later on Christmas Day. Long and short - La Quinta as a COMPANY and the 2 particular ones we stayed in INDIVIDUALLY were an absolute god send for my family. We had a week and a half stay at the one near Parkland Hospital in Dallas. They really helped us out on rates and accommadations and I will ALWAYS remember that in my choices.

Thanks for letting me say that.

:iagree:

I used them when I attended a military funeral in South Carolina, they were awesome. Special rate and first rate rooms and services. They are pet friendly too so they definately get my business.

I stay at the La Quinta in Cheyenne Wyoming whenever I am making the run to or from Spokane with my daughter and Granddaughter. Excellent service and nice rooms.

I almost always stay at La Quinta because they are Gun Friendly and Pet Friendly!! I just had my Instructer renewal class at Georgetown, and like years past, stayed at La Quinta. (That's where the classroom portion was held)

I may be mistaken, but I think I actually took my CHL class in a La Quinta. They had an upstairs conference room above the lobby where the class was held.
