Absolutely amazing. What horror stories. I hope that committee lays down some strict guidelines that that can be followed by overzealot prosecutors. That disgusts me. Thanks for posting Andy.

Although it may seem so at first blush, you have to understand that it is not that they are insane, but rather that it is their goal is to criminalize so many activities (preferably ones seen as innocent that no one thinks about much if at all) so that they can control people.

The thing is, a free, law abiding citizen is much harder to control than a criminal is. I believe one of Ayn Rand's characters in Atlas Shrugged commented on this very thing. The saddest part is that this activity happens from all sides at the Federal level, not just from the far left or the far right.

This is why I want to move to a small, remote island in the south pacific. I love my country, but I distrust and even fear my government. It shouldn't be that way.

I like it! Nueva Tejas. Although I might go with Libertas.

Either way, I can promise you, you can grow ALL the orchids you want there, if I ever find where there is.

I found you a few. Clipperton Atoll looks good to me! It's in French Polynesia.

Sweet. Now all I have to do is come up with the $millions it'll cost. I guess I could buy a yacht then, might was well have an island that can go wherever I feel like going.
