Found out through an email that my pictures were satisfactory this time. I had sent them in the first time (too grainy), and the second time (no officer's signature, even though they said they had it on file), and finally the third time it's a charm. We'll see I guess.

Hiya everybody! found these forums a few months ago but just decided to join today.
Havent really counted the days but im sure its over 100. I received my PIN on june 18th and as of today(10/31) it still says processing application..
Sent an Email and according to the DPS theyre just waiting on the background check...not sure what the hold up is.
