yup Crockett Center...is it any good? I have been to the gun show in Belton and it was terrible just wondering if the one in Austin is worth the drive.

The SAXET gun show is better. TEXAS gun shows have less tables with guns and more tables for Beef Jerky, stun guns, ShamWow and other non-sense. I don't attend the TEXAS gun shows.

I've been to the one here in San Antonio. Smaller show than SAXET but a fun way to spend a couple of hours. Don't hit it every month and haven't really seen any prices on anything that are exceptional. Nice thing is if you pay to go on Saturday you can get in on Sunday for free if you want to go back.

Went to the show today, was not too bad. SAXET is for sure a lot bigger of a show, but like 81aggie said it is a nice way to kill a few hours.
Saw a lot of things I wanted but most of the prices were pretty high. There was one lady there selling some decent holsters for $18, my BIL bought one but she was not sure which size fit my XD and did not recommend me going to another booth and test fitting one, so next time I will just bring my carry (hopefully I have my plastic by then). I did get to hold a P-64 and decide I liked it so I will be ordering one soon, the price there was $100 higher then I have seen them online.
But overall I will go check it out again just to get out the house.

Maybe a newbie mistake but in the future you really need to post alot more info. There are members from many states on this board and possibly other countries. At any given time their are probably a dozen gun shows going on. Houston sometimes has 2 in the same weekend.
