Kimber Pro Covert II

Post by G.A. Heath »

I ended up getting rid of some stuff and putting some money along with that to buy a Kimber Pro Covert II. I was at one point of the opinion night sights were not worth the extra money, after all if you can't see your sights you can't really be that sure of your target? Well I was wrong and I have since been itching to check out a laser sighting system, preferably the crimson trace product. Originally I planned to put a Laser Guard on my LCP, but I ended up with another Kimber instead.

Love that Kimber.
I am considering that one for the same reasons you bought it.
Congratulations!

Mine was also bought 2 days ago...

I love the feel, the night sights, and the fact it will intergrate with my other 1911 gear. I have already fed it 314 rounds of ammo, and anticpating it eating more saturday and sunday.

i like the fact that it is much lighter than my springer GI and doesn't drag me down after carrying it all day.
