I've seen half moon clips(for the S&W and Colt .45 Victory models), but never a full moon clip! "rlol"

Ha Ha!! I kind of baited you guys. I knew that if I mentioned .45 and S&W somebody would assume I had an M&P and bring up the whole clip is not a magazine deal.

Anyway, this is what I got. A Smith & Wesson .45 Hand Ejector US Army Model of 1917. One of the few revolvers that shoots .45 ACP out of clips! :fire

Kahr is owned by the "Moonies" - a cult that was started by Sun Myung Moon - hence the name "moonies"

Well, I went and did some shooting with it today. I am definitely going to have to learn the correct technique for revolvers. Between the heavy DA trigger pull and the fairly small grip, I was all over the paper at 7yds. ( I don't think I missed any, but one was right on the edge!)

I did much better cocking and shooting SA, mostly within the 8's. I was consistently to the right, but I don't know yet if this is due to poor technique or if the sight is off. probably the former. Overall, pretty cool though. The moon clips are way convenient.
