A friend mentioned yesterday ....
He is selling his Bushmaster M4 ( using tha' funds to purchase something new )
He bought her new 4 years ago. Rarely shot it !
He mentioned a price of, around $800.00 ... IS , that's a good deal ?!!!!

Several on here are real AR authorities. I am not. Sounds decent price to me but not a steal.

It is an OK price. It depends on a number of things. Like what type of hand guards it has.
Check the model on Bushmasters web site for price of new

If I was interested in an AR I would give it serious consideration

How many mags? And what type?

Flat top?

What type of sights are on it?

Quad rail? Free float handguards? Rated for 556 or .223 only?

Comes with case and sling? Manual?

Scratches? Wear?

Collapsable stock?

Price will depend on all of that. Also (minor nitpicking...sorry) an M4 is a short barrel select fire military issued weapon. An AR 15 will avoid confusion.

Looks like an interesting deal. I know some of my buddies recentl hired with a nearby dept may be interested.
