Mosin Nagant 91/30 Hex Reciever -SOLD
Mosin Nagant 91/30 Hex Reciever -SOLD
Need to clean some guns out of the safe. Shot about 80 rounds through this. This is the more rare hexagonal recievers which were of slightly better build than the round recievers (Russian variants). Comes with upgraded rubber butt pad, sling, cleaning rod, case, stripper clips, and a little over 200 rounds. $175 firm and will need at least a valid TX ID, CHL even better. *SOLD*

I'm not a fan of M-Ns (I hate that short stubby bold handle), but you might want to add some detail like the manufacturer or other markings. I know that collectors depend on those details to decide value (which is highly variable, depending).

Correct.
Pictures of the receiver would be very helpful. What is the build date? What factory made it? Is it a updated dragoon or just a 91/30?
Willing to separate ammo? I might be interested in the ammo and stripper clips depending on how much, PM if you like.

Well not having it in hand, hard for me to look up such details. Far from collectors grade, but a great shooter is all I can really say. When I did my homework on it when I first got it, I just remember it not being "rare" minus the hex receiver and it is just a plain jane 91/30. Sorry, ammo and gun go together.
