I'm looking into one for a Glock 19 for my Son's B-day, can I ask how it performed and why you're getting rid of it?

It works fine in low light and darkness, I just don't really have occassion to be out in conditions that would warrant its use. I think there may be a thread or two somewhere here on the forum with everyone's opinions on lasers. I don't believe I would use it in the seconds preceding the gun's use if warranted.
