Help - Confusing Messages from DPS

I checked my CHL status on-line on Tuesday and it said, "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active." GREAT NEWS, so I began watching the mailbox more intently. Having sent everything in on July 20, I was impressed....

Not having received the license yet and being somewhat impatient, I checked my status again this morning to make sure my eyes weren't deceiving me and read, "No application or license/certificate active." What the heck does that mean??

I know that the message received Tuesday was accurate because I sent my Pop a copy of it to let him know my status. What is DPS trying to tell me now? Anyone have any experience or any info on this?

Please tell me everything is going to be okay.....

It means that they aren't working on it anymore. It's in the mail. Go camp out by the mailbox.
