WTB glock 27
WTB glock 27
Lookin for a glock 27. Don't care if it's black or green. Doesn't have to win any beauty contests. Let me know what you have and what you want for it. You can pm me or just post it here. Thanks
Re: WTB glock 27
It can be ugly folks. I also don't mind paying more for added features like having night sights or holster. I'll take an ugly one or pretty one.
Re: WTB glock 27
Find one yet?
I'm much more interested in a trade than selling, really because it would save me a lot of driving to Austin, San Antonio, Killeen etc shopping or waiting for gun shows or buying online and paying all the extra fees/shipping etc. So I'd be willing to give more value than I'd get. .... see below
We have almost no gun stores in Burnet County, and the gun shows are very small with limited vendors with not much selection, and I want an OD 26, have a 27 with sights, extra converion barrel, extra parts, and ammo to trade.
You wouldn't have an Olive Drab 26 you want to trade for a black unfired by me Generation 2.5 I think ([sort of rarer textured grip, but no texture in finger grooves themselves]) bought 6 months ago NIB from a gun store FFL at a gun show; 27 with Advantage Tactical sights (with all color inserts), 1 standard mag, one mag with a +2 extended buttplate [really +1 in .40] original box, lock etc, whatever it came with 6 months ago when I bought it, AND A LONE WOLFE 40->9MM Extended Ported CONVERSION BARREL, AND (not installled) THE 9MM EXTRACTOR AND EJECTOR (not installled) AND 9MM SPRING LOADED BEARING (SEPARATE, NOT YET INSTALLED) and a Hogue OD rubber grip, (I was going to make the 27 into a 26, and a OD Hogue Handall SLIP-ON rubber grip (easily removeable if yo don;t like it, no glues used), but all I put on was the grip so far )
along with about 500-600 rounds of various .40 factory hollowpoint ammo ( 4 boxes of 50 Corbon/1 box of 25 Federal hydroshok/2 boxes of 50 Remington/PMC Starfire 1 box of 20/ Winchester silvertips 1 box of 50/ and a few-several hundred rounds in zip lock bags which are mixture of the above but the boxes got torn or messed up and thrown away..
I'm really wanting an OD 26, love the 27, and really don't want to part with it, but considering I carry a 19, the 26 would be a better BUG for me and I'd trade all that for a 3rd Gen OD 26 Face to face, I could drive to San Antonio from near Austin where I live, or meet somewhere in between if you had a 3rd Gen OD 26 to trade.. .... If not, make me an offer on the above, if you are interested, and I'll buy a OD 26 elsewhere I suppose.
I'd MUCH rather trade, but if I sell, I'd want at least enough to buy an OD 26, shipping, FFL fees, tax, and Advantage Tactical sights for the 26 for all the above 27 and associated stuff, and a few bucks gas to + From San Antonio (from Marble Falls) if I drive.... if you are interested. If I wasn't on a fixed income, I'd keep it, but last year I sold about 30 Glocks i used to own, and thinking just sticking with a 19 and 26 and some others in 9mm for carry maybe.
The 27 was bought as stated above, and my gun range closes for hunting season and didn't reopen yet due to weather etc, so I haven't fired it yet.
If you aren't interested, I'll go ahead and install the other parts to make my 27 into a 26 and just live with the OD rubber grip. But, I thought I'd offer a good deal with the extra barrel, ammo etc IF you are interested and had access to or had an Olive Drab 26. I donl't mind losing money on the extra barrel, parts etc, My goal is just to end up with an OD 26/9mm with Advantage Tactical Sights like I was about to convert the 27 into.... but I won't need the 27 conversion barrel, parts, .40 ammo etc if I get a real OD 26 anyway.
Let me know in the next day or so, because otherwise I'll probably just order a OD 26 online and decide to keep the 27 too and keep it as a .40 27 a while, since I have all that ammo and the local range is reopening soon, and my birthday is tomorrow ... So, I'm due a present to myself anyway.

Re: WTB glock 27
Got it all boxed up and I just realized your are getting a REALLY good deal with all these extras too. Extra $144. conversion barrel, upgraded tactical sights and extra sights, tons of ammo, extra parts if you ever want to change the ejector+extractor+spring loaded bearing to 9mm, and the hogue grip. LOL.
And, after having owned about 30 Glocks, I'll be really happy to have my first OD Glock.
(I ALMOST accidently left the $300.00 internal Guide rod laser in your 27 by mistake too, but it's going in the OD 26. )
See you in a couple hours.
I can't wait to pimp out my new OD 26
