This was carried more than shot so a high guess on round count is 200. Some superficial marks on the left side of grip from pocket carry with other objects in my pocket but it is not gouged or physically distinguishable from the rest of the grip. Comes with DeSantis Nemsis Pocket Holster, 3 magazines all w/ pinky extensions as well as 2 flat base plates, $300 for it all. This gun has been 100% and reliable with anything I have fed it.
