Me too. I traded one off a few months ago & wish I had it or another one back. No funds at all right now w/ just getting out of the hospital.

It's the full size .45 with night sights etc. I can't figure out how to post a picture, but here is the link...

http://www.springfield-armory.com/prod- ... 1-fs.shtml

It's the 5th one down.

I've had it for about 2-3 months and only fired around 150 rounds. I just can't seem to shoot well with it.

I paid $735 total for it. I'd like to get my $700 back.

Apparently that's not going to happen... $675 ot best offer.
One other thought on this...

SA factory 1911A1s have a rep for funky barrel links. If your shot group is tall vertically, you may have one of these. My Pop had one that gave him 4" x 18" shot groups & he had the barrel linkage replaced and now gets 4" x 4" groups...

Just joking!!! Congrats Cosmo9!! That's one fine gun you have. Just like the rest of us I've been lurking around this ad too and secretly counting my gun funds that has been on a negative balance for awhile now!!

OK I admit it I haven't felt "normal" since I let my last 1911 go. I don't know what it is but I think everyone must own atleast one. I may have time to take it out tomorrow
