I can say from very satisfactory personal experience that these are terrific guns if you like the idea of carrying pistol of a serious combat caliber in a lightweight package that disappears in a variety of deep concealment holster systems. Where some would carry a .380, it's easy to carry a .45.

No, they're not the same size, but the Kahr PM45 is small enough that it doesn't take any real creativity to hide it in ways that folks will never detect without a frisk.
