burgulary of habitation when a juvenile.

Post by s3v3n50 »

Does burgulary of habitation when a juvenile affect the eligibilty. I know for adults it automatically disqualify you, but can't find anything stating juvenile.

Please no smart remarks.

Thank You for the time for reading.

If you were not certified as an adult, then you will be fine, depending upon how long ago this occurred. Delinquent conduct of a felony grade is disqualifying for 10 years.

I thought Burglary of a Habitation was an automatic disqualifier?

In Texas it's 17 unless the juvenile is certified to stand trial as an adult.

I appreciate the all the reply. I just wanted help clarify some things that been bothering me.

I am not proud of what I did, but in actualality regretful. Now, I have my own family and working hard to keep feed and safe. I am moving into a unknown neighbor, out of my comfort living where I been staying since I was a 2, I am 28 now, so where I live is all I know.

No, I wasn't certified, it happen in 1995-1996, not really sure when, but well past 10 years ago.
